Miles Nason of Langston-Black Real Estate worked diligently to negotiate a lease for a building located in downtown Greer at 117 South Main Street (Hwy 14).  The new tenant will be The Brass Beard Barbershop which is relocating from 101 Victoria Street, also in downtown Greer.  Justin and Stephanie Hawkins, the owners of The Brass Beard Barbershop, were very happy to be able to lease a larger building close to their original location so they can expand their thriving business without leaving downtown Greer.
