Bob Ashworth of Langston-Black Real Estate worked diligently with the owner of 108-B Trade Street in Greer to find a tenant for the second floor of the building.  The new tenant, David Harley, an attorney from Charleston, signed a 3-year lease and is looking forward to calling the historic downtown Greer location home.
