Jim Griffin, Broker with Langston-Black Real Estate in Greer, recently closed on the sale of a 4.17 acre parcel of commercial property located on Hwy 153 in Powdersville.  Jim represented the Seller, River Road Holdings, LLC.  The purchaser, Baldwin Automotive, plans to utilize the property for automotive sales.
