TL Baldree with Langston-Black Real Estate worked diligently with his seller to close his parcel located at the corner of North Main and Knollwood Drive in Mauldin, SC.  The new owner looks forward to becoming a part of the Mauldin-Main Street revitalization plan with a new retail building coming soon.
