Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the purchaser, Hogue Construction, LLC,  with the acquisition of a 1.1+- acre parcel located at 5 Town Center Drive in Greer.  Hogue Construction, LLC plans to build their new office at this location and relocate from Spartanburg.   Tim also represented the seller, Bentley Properties, LLC
