Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the seller’s, William Edmond, Julia Wood and Diane Riggins, with the sale of their 3 +/- acre multi-family parcel of land located at 410 Waddell Rd., Taylors, SC. The purchasers of the property were represented by Jack Sparkman of North Group Real Estate.  The purchasers are planning on using the 3 +/- acres for a mobile home park.
