The Purchaser, Amore Commercial Properties, LLC, will utilize a portion of the building for personal and corporate Gatherings, and the balance of the building will be leased as office space.  Jim Griffin represented the Seller – Colonel Johnson, LLC, and Brande Gorham, EXP Realty, represented the Purchaser.
