Bob Ashworth and Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. recently represented both the purchaser, ECS Development, LLC and seller, Mill Run Properties, LLC with a 22-acre tract of land located at 10000 Reidville Road in Greer.  ECS Development, also known as Enchanted Construction has plans to develop a new community offering thirty-six lots.  Each lot will be a half acre in size, the first phase is set to begin as early as July.
