Jim Griffin with Langston-Black Real Estate worked diligently with his client to find a tenant for the property located at 213 trade Street in Greer.  The tenant, Crate Restaurant & Wine Bar,  will occupy this 2,000 sf restaurant space located in historic downtown Greer.  Southern Style Cooking will be featured along with Chicken and Waffles.  A Wine Bar will also be offered for evening enjoyment.
