Bob Ashworth of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the purchaser, Peden Holdings, LLP with the acquisition of the property located at 107 S Main Street in Greer, formerly Mimi’s Steakhouse.  Peden Holdings plans to open a new restaurant called Ira’s Chicken.  Ira’s Chicken  will be a new fast-casual chicken concept and will provide a menu of fried and baked chicken along with southern sides.  They plan to have their own special seasoning for the chicken like you’ve never tasted before but promises to keep you coming back for more.  Ira’s Chicken plans to open in mid-December and will serve lunch and dinner Monday-Saturday.
