John Daniel of Langston-Black represented US Endowment & Forestry in a ten-year lease of a 4,890+- office suite at 10 S Academy St in downtown Greenville.  The US Endowment of Forestry keeps working forests ‘working’ nationwide.    McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the building owner.
