Roger Barnes and Chuck Langston, both of of Langston-Black Real Estate, worked together to sale Lot 1 located at 1425 South Buncombe Road in Greer.  The seller, Pleasant Grove Properties, Inc., was represented by Roger while the purchaser, Katazoom, LLC, was represented by Chuck.  Katazoom offers vehicle wraps, wall murals and window graphics, they plan to build a new facility at this site.
