A local investor has purchased the 12,500 s/f strip center located at 3324 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors, SC.  The center is the current home of State Farm, Wellness Center, Stella Salon & Boutique and Hurricane Martial Arts Center. Sellers were represented by Chuck Langston, CCIM of Langston-Black Real Estate.
