Toy, CCIM of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. represented the seller, Greenwood Plaza Properties, LLC in the $6,500,000 sale of Greenwood Plaza to Amerco Real Estate Company, the parent company of U-HAUL.  Greenwood Plaza is 166,883 SF on 13.36 acres located at the intersection of Hwy 25 and Bypass 72 NW in Greenwood, SC and was anchored by a former K-Mart store.  Other tenants are Farmer’s Furniture, Harbor Freight, Advance America and M&M Tax Service.  The property also includes a vacant space formerly occupied by Ruby Tuesday.  Ansel Bunch and Jamie Savage of CBRE represented the buyer.
