Chuck Langston, CCIM  of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the purchaser, Log Cabin Enterprises, Inc., with the acquisition of the approximately 8,400/sf building and land located at 105 Victoria Street in Greer, SC.  The sellers were Leland and Walter Burch,  represented by Eddie and Susan Burch of Berkshire Hathaway.
