Jim Griffin of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the Landlord, Excalibur 3, LLC, with a five-year lease at his 4,642 square foot space located at 556 Memorial Drive Ext., Suite D in Greer, SC.  The Lessee, Trapped in the Upstate, plans to use this space for an Escape Room venue.  He was represented by Rob Brissie of Cardinal Commercial Properties.  Tenant improvements are nearing completion and an opening announcement is anticipated shortly.
