Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the seller, Three Rivers Baptist Association, in the sale of their property located at 204 Bert Drive in Greer, SC.  The property consisted of an approximately 1,750-sf building situated on a 1.7-acre parcel.  The purchaser, Dellamar Group, LLC, was represented by Gregg Wright of Coldwell Banker Caine.
