Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate represented CBL State Savings Bank with the acquisition of property in Landrum where they will open a loan office in early October.  President and CEO Jennifer T. Jones is excited to add this second location at 910 East Rutherford Street which will initially only handle loan products such as construction/permanent loans, commercial real estate loans etc.  Other products will be offered later.
