Roger Barnes and Bob Ashworth, both of Langston-Black Real Estate, worked together to close on the 16,800 +/- sf flex building located at 1425C South Buncombe Road in Greer.   Roger represented the seller, Pleasant Grove Properties, Inc. while Bob represented the purchaser, Inontime Logistics & Warehousing.   The purchaser is a warehousing and trucking company based out of Michigan.  They have had their local branch in Greer for several years but are excited about the opportunity to continue to support the growth here in the upstate from their new facility.
