Tim Allender with Langston-Black Real Estate represented landlord, Fann Byrdland, LLC, with their 5,000 sf flex building located at 61 Byrdland Drive in Greenville, SC.  The tenant, Tri-County Upfitters, also represented by Tim, signed a two-year lease and are excited to open their second location here.   Tri-County Upfitters is an experienced business at upfitting law enforcement, fire and EMS vehicles with lighting, graphics and accessories specially designed for such vehicles.
