Tim Allender and Chuck Langston both of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. worked diligently in facilitating the sales transaction of 4.4 acres for the new home of The Sothern Growl Micro Brewery, which will be located on North Buncombe Road in Greer.  Their new building will feature a state of the art micro-brewery, restaurant, tasting room, outdoor seating and an outdoor events area.

The Southern Growl Micro Brewery will be a wonderful addition to the City of Greer as the owners and staff plan to make this a community-based business.
