TL Baldree of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the sellers, Jane C Foster and Patricia G Shuman, with the sale of the approximately 3.8 acre parcel located at the corner of Sullivan Road and West Georgia Road in Simpsonville, SC.  The Purchaser, V-Go Holdings, LLC, was represented by John Plank of SVN-Blackstream.  This property along with other parcels will be combined for future plans of an up-scale mix use development.
