TL Baldree, a commercial agent with Langston-Black Real Estate, represented Affordable Suites Hotel of Charlotte, NC with the acquisition of a two-acre parcel on Mall Connector Road in Greenville, SC.  This location offers great access to I-85, I-385 and the new corridors currently being re-developed on Haywood & Woodruff Roads.  The company plans to begin construction of its new concept hotel by the Summer of 2020.  The Hotel Group plans to build approximately 300 hotels in the southeast.
