2.28 acres on Old Pendleton Road in Easley were recently sold to a builder, Luther & Lewis, LLC by William Berry.  Mr. Berry was represented by Langston-Black agent, Jeff Howell.  The builder plans to subdivide the property and has pre-sold a to be built custom home and will put a speculative home on the remaining lot.
