Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate successfully represented the seller, Poinsett Development Group SC, in the sale of an 8,152-sf multi-space office building located at 1109 W Poinsett Street in Greer.  The buyer, Better Business Bureau of the Upstate, Inc., was represented by Tyler Felt of Windsor-Authtry Company, Inc.  The Better Business Bureau of the Update is set to renovate one of the three office spaces in the building to serve as their new location.  This strategic move will allow the organization to better serve the Upstate community with enhanced accessibility and resources.
