Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the Seller, Log Cabin Enterprises, Inc., in the sell of a 1.3 +/- acre parcel located at 1030 Powdersville Road in Easley, SC.  The Purchaser, Greater Indigo, LLC, was represented by Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen both of Colliers International.  The Purchaser plans to build a Pediatric Dental Office at this location.
