Bob Ashworth of Langston-Black Real Estate represented Happy Dogs Properties, LLC in the acquisition of property located at 24  Carver Street in Welford, formerly Andrew Mims Upholstery Shop.  Happy Dogs Training Center will open early in 2019 to provide individuals that compete in companion performance dog sports a place to train their dogs in an atmosphere that is like what they will encounter during an event.  Ring space will be available to members on a 24/7 basis.  Happy Dogs will also offer group training, seminars and practice run-throughs to nonmembers.  In addition, the space will be available to rent for instruction, training and competition dog events.
