Tucker, with the sale of a 6,500-sf building located at 315 Trade Street in historic downtown Greer.  The Purchaser, 315 Trade Street, LLC, was represented by Ben Goforth of Windsor Aughtry.  Trade Street Social, A multi-purpose entertainment venue, is planned for this location and is set to open in Spring of 2024.
