Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the Lessor, Jones Kids Investments L.P. and Durham Kids Investments, L.P. in a Two-Year lease for their 5,000-sf flex space located at 335 Old Jones Road in Greer, SC.   The Lessee, Honeywell International, Inc., was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
