Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the Landlord, Properly Proper Properties, LLC in leasing their 5,400 sq/ft flex space located at 1220 Asheville Hwy., Spartanburg. This will be the new home for Machine Builders USA, Inc. which sells and does maintenance work on commercial air compressors and refrigeration dryers for air systems.
