Jeff Howell and Chuck Langston, both with Langston-Black Real Estate, represented The High Side, LLC, in the leasing of their 17,000sf building located at 106 W Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer.  This was the former Bonds Furniture building.  The new tenant, Sarks Automotive, plans to operate an auto parts retail facility at this location.
