Rick Hammett of Langston-Black represented Deep River South Development, LLC in the acquisition of approximately 57 acres on Brockman McClimon and Abner Creek Road in Greer.   Deep River South is developing the property for Meritage Homes of South Carolina, to be called “Vines Creek”, that will offer    168 Single Family lots of varying sizes. The community will have a series of small pocket parks throughout the neighborhood connected to walking trails.

A new gated community, Sylvan Woods, with an entry off of Abner Creek Road is also being developed by Deep River South.  It adjoins Vines Creek and will offer four 1-acre estate lots that will all back-up to a 2.5 acre spring fed pond
