Toy, CCIM of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. represented LSCG Fund 31, LLC in the sale of the former Nature’s Purest bulk water collection site at 1220 Colwell Rd. in Blue Ridge, GA.  The 82 acres site was purchased by Ritchie Creek Holdings, LLC who was represented by Rachael Hill of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Georgia Properties.
