Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the seller, Harrison Park, LLC, in the sale of a 4.23-acre parcel located on Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville, SC.   The purchaser, Elev8t Properties, LLC, was represented by Frank Hammond  of Colliers International.  The proposed use for this site is a medical office and school.
