Langston Black Real Estate is happy to announce T.L. Baldree Sr. has joined our Company. TL will perform duties working as VP of Business Development and representing clients as a licensed commercial agent.

Mr. Baldree has over 30 years’ experience is sales, marketing and management in the construction building materials industry. Mr. Baldree was also founder and president of an Upstate SC distribution company, Carolina Brick & Block, Inc established in the early 90s. The company was sold to General Shale, a national Brick manufacture in 2004.

 TL also brings experience consulting in the building industry and land development. As a former client of Langston Black Real Estate, Mr. Baldree is a long time business associate and friend of Chuck Langston, owner of Langston Black.  The two business men believe the timing is right to work together to help serve the companies clients, staff and agents while also positioning Langston Black Real Estate to take advantage of the significant economic growth in our region. Mr. Baldree was a graduate of Eastside High and Winthrop University. He and his wife Paige have been married 32 years. They have four children, a son-in law and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of a grandson.
