Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the seller’s, Mile Zero, LLC, with the sale of their 3.26 +/- acre industrial/flex parcel of land located at 1350 S. Danzler Rd., Duncan, SC. The purchasers of the property, Custom Concrete Construction, Inc. were represented by Daniel Holloway of SVN Blackstream, LLC.  The purchasers are planning on using the 3.26 +/- acre site to build and relocate their existing business.
