Langston Black Real Estate agents, Bob Ashworth and Chuck Langston represented both the Seller, K&K Development and Purchaser, Greer Mill, LLC, with the sale and acquisition of the 286,000 square foot facility known as Greer Mill.  The mill is located at 300 Connecticut Avenue and sits on 8.37 acres.  The mill was built in 1908 and has a rich history within the City of Greer.
