Langston Black Real Estate, Inc. provides a full range of commercial and industrial real estate services to clients throughout Upstate South Carolina. We specialize in commercial brokerage, asset management, site selection and market analysis. Our firmís primary focus is real estate located in the counties of Greenville and Spartanburg with a special emphasis on the area around the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport.  Langston Black has also, at the request of clients, worked on projects throughout the state.

From 1990 until 1992 Chuck Langston and David Black worked the Greenville Spartanburg Area as broker associates with the commercial division of Cothran, Sims, Barker, Inc. During this period their efforts and attention became more and more focused on the area surrounding the city of Greer. In September of 1992, Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. was formed and took up residence on West Poinsett Street in the City of Greer. This location permitted the company to develop a meaningful presence in the community. In April of 1995, needing more space, Langston-Black relocated to offices at 803 South Buncombe Road. In July of 1998, Langston-Black renovated 218 Trade Street, a building built in the early 1900's, and moved their offices to the second floor of this building. Langston-Black's move to downtown Greer at this time represented the company's commitment to Greer's downtown and provided an important step in the revitalization of the downtown area. In January of 2007, once again needing a larger office, Langston-Black moved to 310 B Bennett Center Drive in the Bennett Center office park. At the beginning of 2011, Langston Black started looking for a new home for the company that would have more private offices to house their increasing number of agents. In April of that year, Langston Black found the perfect building and moved to 1001 West Wade Hampton Blvd.  In addition to providing the company more private offices, this location on a high traffic road gave the company greater visibility in the community.

While the Greer area is still very important to Langston Black, the addition of agents has allowed the company to expand its expertise to the commercial market in the entire upstate.  In order to better serve the upstate market Langston Black opened a second office in January of 2008 at 420 East Park Avenue in Greenville.  In January of 2012 Langston Black jumped at the opportunity to move to the heart of downtown Greenville and moved their offices to 103 North Main Street.

The Upstate area is very fortunate in that it has been experiencing a period of phenomenal growth and Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. has been privileged to share in that growth. In addition to serving the community's commercial real estate needs, our associates have experienced a great deal of personal enrichment from involvement in various community activities in the Greater Greenville Area.
